1. The service

Junes provides an AI-powered front desk that answers calls and messages, books appointments, and logs leads on behalf of your business across supported channels. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business to these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance and include a bundle of talk-minutes. Usage above your included minutes, and text conversations, are billed as metered overage at the rates shown on our pricing page. Free trials require a valid payment method and may be capped; unless cancelled before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your responsibilities and lawful use

You are responsible for how you configure and use Junes, including providing any legally required notice or consent for call recording, monitoring, or automated communications (for example, under wiretapping, TCPA, and similar laws). You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload or that we scan on your behalf.

You will not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, or in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Third-party services and connectors

The service integrates with third parties such as calendars, CRMs, and messaging providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

6. AI-generated output

Junes uses AI to generate responses, transcripts, and summaries. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business, and Junes is a tool to assist, not a substitute for professional judgment.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service. You retain rights in your business content. You grant us a limited license to process your content and conversations to operate and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

10. Changes and contact
